Prize Information: The Contest allows any travel agents registered with TourRadar to earn a single seat on an all-expenses paid trip to an Adventure Together event happening in late 2024 or early 2025. 

The Prize includes international and domestic flights for one, single occupancy accommodation (one guest to a room), breakfast each morning, door-to-door ground transport for all experiences and city-to-city transfers, private-guided sightseeing and experiences. The duration of the trip  will not exceed five (5) days, and for agents to be eligible, they must have a valid passport and be able to travel during the trip period.. The prize is non-transferable, has no redeemable cash value. Contest is open to all travel agents registered with TourRadar, aged from 18 to 90 years old. 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Odds of winning the prize depend on a number of factors including the number of eligible entries received during the Program Period.

Additional Costs and Requirements. Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from airports in the agent’s home country, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included, and are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Additional airfares or ticket upgrades are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange their transport from home to meet with the included destination-bound flight. 

Taxes For US Residents. All state, local, federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings. The actual retail value of the prize will be reported on the IRS Form 1099.

Entry Conditions and Release. The Contest starts on 09H00 EST 08.01.2024 and ends on 16H00 EST 10.31.2024 (Program Period). Each booking made on TourRadar.com/agents during the program period counts towards an agent’s cumulative booking value number. For a booking to be considered valid, it must be confirmed by the operator and can be for any travel date and to any destination globally. All decisions made by TourRadar are final. The three (3) agents with the highest booking number value in USD, with a minimum threshold of $40,000 USD, will be awarded with the Prize. Good luck! 

The winners will be contacted by one of our agents and the announcement of the winner will be made within 7 days after the Program Period ends. 

By entering the Contest each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Terms an Conditions and the decisions of TourRadar, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) release and hold harmless TourRadar, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Entrant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Contest, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Contest and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, non-use or misuse of the prize. 

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes a winner’s consent to TourRadar to use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

Travel Terms. Prize must be accepted in writing by each winner by November 5, 2024. To be eligible to receive the Prize, the winner must possess a valid passports that expire on or after August 31, 2025. The winner must submit all necessary documentation and information needed for traveling, such as passport data, by November 5, 2024, otherwise the prize is forfeit and TourRadar might choose another winner.

Once the trip is confirmed, it cannot be altered. Entrants agree to abide by the general Terms & Conditions as listed on the TourRadar website (https://www.tourradar.com/terms-conditions/).

General Conditions. TourRadar reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond TourRadar’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by TourRadar in their sole discretion. TourRadar reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, TourRadar reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. TourRadar’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, in the opinion of TourRadar, this Contest or any supplier of the travel product is not capable of running as planned by reason of an Act of God, disease, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, acts of government, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system overload or any other causes, whether discovered or suspected by TourRadar, which, in the opinion of TourRadar, does or could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, TourRadar reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, and/or provide alternative means of entry or any other changes to these contest rules that TourRadar  deems appropriate under the circumstances. In the event of termination, suspension or modification of this contest, a notice will be posted online. 

Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Contest or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any claims shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in England and Walres. TourRadar shall not in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and your entry in the Contest means that you agree to these conditions and expressly waive any right to punitive damages. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
